We were very pleased to be a part of the 3rd Annual, Unite with Art event on Thurs­day. The event is an art auc­tion to ben­e­fit UNICEF’s Unite for Chil­dren, Unite against AIDS cam­paign. This was our first year par­tic­i­pat­ing in the auc­tion and we were thrilled to see our work in the same room as such artists as Sheila Neufeld, Edward Epp and Chris­t­ian Nico­lay.

The event brought out some of our most pas­sion­ate art clients; Jussi & Sally West­er­gren, Tre­ana Peake of Obakki, and Jen­nifer Win­sor of Win­sor Gallery. We were also wit­ness to this stun­ning Brent Comber piece being snapped up in the live auc­tion by Sarah McLaughlin.

The offi­cial word is that the event raised over $427,000! What an honor to be part of such a worth­while char­ity. We had a great time and look for­ward to donat­ing again next year.
